INREV Call for Research Proposals
INREV, the European Association for Non-Listed Real Estate Vehicles, cordially invites the academic community to submit research proposals on one of the following research areas related to European non-listed real estate:
- New vehicles structures
- Cash flow analysis of non-listed real estate vehicles
- Investors’ approaches to real estate investments
- Life cycle of European non-listed real estate funds
- The impact of foreign exchange currencies
Open research topics with a focus on the European non-listed real estate industry are also welcome. Please note that preference will be given to proposals that have practical relevance, and addresses topics that have not recently been covered by INREV. The INREV academic research grant is €10,000, and is available for academics only.
