INREV Academic Research: Request for Proposal
Invitation to submit academic research proposal
INREV works with the academic community to research the European non-listed real estate market in more detail with its series of academics papers.
We invite academics to submit a proposal on one of the following research areas:
- New vehicles structures
- Cash flow analysis of non-listed real estate vehicles
- Investors’ approaches to real estate investments
- Life cycle of European non-listed real estate funds
Academics are also welcome to submit a proposal on an open research topic focusing on the European non-listed real estate industry.
The INREV academic research grant is €10,000. Please note that this grant is available for academics only.
The deadline for research proposal is 17.00 CET on Wednesday, 7 October 2015.
